La serie se desarrolla en la ficticia ciudad de Quahog, Rhode Island, y sigue a las vivencias extraordinarias de la familia Griffin: Peter, Lois, Meg, Chris, Stewie y Brian. II. Características de la Serie - Padre de Familia no es una secuela, precuela ni spin-off de otra serie. Es una creación original de Seth MacFarlane. - No está basada en un libro ni tiene relación directa con ninguna obra literaria. III. Audience and Setting - La serie está dirigida a adultos y contiene humor sofisticado, referencias culturales y temas adultos. - Las temporadas consisten en 13 episodios cada una. IV.
