El internado: Las Cumbres Overview: El internado: Las Cumbres is a Spanish drama television series created by Carlos Montero and produced by Boomerang TV for Atresmedia. The show is not a sequel, prequel, spin-off, or reboot of any other series. It follows the lives of students at the prestigious international boarding school Instituto Las Cumbres as they face various challenges in their academic, social, and personal lives. Production: The series is directed by Carlos Sedes, David Martín, and Juanma Gutiérrez. Plot: El internado: Las Cumbres is not based on a book. It is aimed at teenagers and young adults and deals with themes such as bullying, identity, love, self-discovery, and the pressures of high academic achievement. Main Characters and Performances: Some of the main characters include Lola (Silvia Alonso), a rebellious and talented artist; Álvaro (Óscar Martínez), a charismatic student who becomes the new head boy; and Clara (Isabel Pantoja Díaz), an ambitious and intelligent student with a dark past.
